Our Mission

Helping People Know Jesus

Helping Christians Obey Jesus

WHO WE ARE — WHO WE ARE — WHO WE ARE — WHO WE ARE — WHO WE ARE — WHO WE ARE — WHO WE ARE — WHO WE ARE

A COMMUNITY OF FAITH

Our Vision

We hold firmly to the authority of the Bible, the inspired Word of God. It teaches a faith centered on salvation through Jesus Christ alone, and calls us to biblical teaching, mentoring others, heartfelt worship, and meaningful service. We are dedicated to nurturing a loving and supportive church community.

Mentoring Christians, to mentor yet others, to be Christians God can use to transform families, communities, and the world

Our Commitments

Our purpose is to glorify God through worship, obeying His commands, telling others of Him, helping Christians to serve Him and become leaders, and upholding His Word.

Upholding the glory of God
Upholding the glory of God through corporate and individual worship, and obedience to Him and His Word.
Colossians 3:16-17 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him. (also Ephesians 5:19-20; I Corinthians 10:31)
Obeying the Great Commission
Obeying the Great Commission through local evangelism and worldwide missions, baptizing believers by immersion, and teaching believers to obey all things Jesus commanded.
Matthew 28:18-20 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
Equipping believers to do the work of the ministry
Equipping believers to do the work of the ministry, for the building up of one another individually and corporately as a church.
Ephesians 4:11-16 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ; Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ….
Training & equipping faithful men
Training and equipping faithful men to proclaim the Gospel, teach believers, and establish churches (II Timothy 2:2), and ordaining, licensing, and/or commissioning those thus equipped.
II Timothy 2:2 And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also. (also Titus 1:5)
Upholding the truth of God’s Word
Upholding the truth of God’s Word as described in our doctrinal statement, as “the pillar and ground of truth.”
I Timothy 3:15 But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.
